  I have always enjoyed making and recording sounds, in a more or less organised manner.
  On this page, you will find a (very) small number of the recordings I have made over the last forty years or so. Please bear with the sometimes very amateurish sound for some of the recordings. But it's only a hobby, after all... 

 

SYMPHONY 32 / SIANSACH 32
This idea has been on my mind for several decades, and the first lockdown of the Covid pandemic gave me the opportunity to work on it. Between March and May 2020, I wrote a symphony for Irish instruments: in order to celebrate the centenary of Ireland's partial independence in 2022, Symphony 32 / Siansach 32 presents the major stages of Irish history in 50 minutes.

 

The musical work takes its name from the 32 counties of the island, 26 of which form the Republic of Ireland and 6 of which form Northern Ireland, part of the United Kingdom. 

 

The core of the project is an event aimed at the general public to increase in France the awareness of the history of Ireland and its diaspora.
